Ordering was easy. Communication was great during the shipping and delivery process. Emely our Success Manager was amazing at keeping us posted on progress through emails, texts and phone calls. The withe glove service at deliver was the best. The two gentlemen that delivered our office furniture were very accommodating and wouldn't leave until we were 100% satisfied with furniture placement. it was a great experience from start to finish. There was a issue with the vendor who transported the furniture and customer service stayed on top of it and the replacement arrived super fast! And everything was top notch and everything was handled correctly and quickly. Stuff happens sometimes but how it’s handled at that point can make a world of difference! I wouldn’t hesitate to order from them again!

This was a fantastic experience. We ordered a curio. It came on the day they said and they even texted us updates. After delivery we noticed the keys were missing. We contacted them…a short call and a few weeks later we had the keys. I recommend this company highly.
