If you’re looking for quality furnitures, a team that cares (Nadir did an amazing job providing all the information and delivery date) and a stress-free delivery process, Emma Mason delivers across the board. I’d absolutely shop here again. Just keep in mind that shipping takes a little bit longer than usual, but, that is the way the do business.

Jade with Emma Mason is worth her weight in gold! I ordered a bed from this company. No one had it in stock. It was not listed as out of stock with Emma Mason so I chose to buy the bed there. As it turns out the bed was in fact out of stock but no big deal, I already knew no one else had it. Jade kept my informed the entire time I was waiting on my bed. I never had to contact the company to ask where’s my furniture. It was delivered when she said it would be delivered, without any flaws. My delivery took a little longer than expected but the company was great about checking in and giving status updates. When the item finally arrived delivery was seamless and the item was exactly as pictured with no damage. Drichsen in customer service was particularly helpful throughout the process.
