I ordered a dresser and chest of drawers from Emmamason a couple of months ago. They made it clear that there would be a delay due to low inventory; they kept me well informed as to the target ship date; and once shipped, the delivery date. The items arrived in perfect shape and are immaculate just as show on their website…The quality is outstanding! I will definitely be purchasing from Emmamason.com again!

Nina did a great job in getting me the product in timely manner. I was about to return the product back because it wasn't coming in a timely manner but Nina stepped in and found me the right delivery guy

Outstanding Experience from Start to Finish! I had an excellent experience purchasing from Emma Mason. Not only was the price extremely competitive, but the level of customer service throughout the entire process was exceptional. Communication was consistent and proactive from the time I placed my order through final delivery. A special thank you to my Success Manager, **Jenny Rose**, who did an outstanding job keeping me informed and ensuring everything went smoothly. The delivery team was equally impressive. They were professional, courteous, and extremely careful while bringing in and installing the piece. Everything was handled with great attention to detail, and the furniture arrived and was installed in perfect condition, without a scratch or any damage. It's refreshing to deal with a company that delivers not only great pricing but also exceptional service from beginning to end. I wouldn't hesitate to purchase from Emma Mason again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality furniture and a stress-free buying experience!

I am very pleased with the two chairs that I ordered. The customer service was helpful and professional, from day one. The chairs are well constructed and beautiful ~ just what I hoped for. The delivery was effortless, professional, and enjoyable (even in the rain!). I would highly recommend this company.

Jenny from the service team kept me updated throughout the process and followed up with me once I recieved the chest. The delivery was smooth, especially considering it was a coast to coast delivery. The chest piece was absolutely beautiful, well crafted and great price.
