My order took several weeks to arrive, but I'm told that they order in bulk so that they can get a discount from the manufacturers. If I were to order again, I'd check that they actually have my furniture "in stock". But, I wasn't in a hurry, so it worked out fine. Jade kept me nicely informed of my order process. My Emma Mason purchase experience was ideal. I was kept updated on every step of the process with emails from Niña Lene Mantilla. A 4-hour delivery window was scheduled and I was notified when the driver was within an hour of my home. The delivery was on time and the men were friendly, courteous and professional. The furniture was well protected, arrived in perfect condition, and met all my expectations.

This was a very thorough transaction. I was kept up to speed on every detail - the order, shipping and delivery were communicated very well.
