This device never worked from day 1....the device no matter how many batteries you try IT DOESNT WORK..it was given to me as a gift and I threw it away !!!!! Don't buy

I ordered a product from this website for my elderly mother based on her request. Unfortunately, right after placing the order, she realized it was the wrong item and wanted to cancel. I contacted customer service just one minute after placing the order, but a day later, they informed me that it was too late to cancel and suggested that I could return the product after it arrived. When the item arrived, I immediately reached out to initiate a return and request a refund. Their response was rather unhelpful: they suggested refusing the delivery and indicated I could simply write "REFUSED" on the package, even though that wouldn't work in her building, where all packages are received at the desk before being delivered to her apartment. I reiterated my request for a return and refund, but unfortunately, I never received a response after that. Overall, my experience was more than frustrating. To say the customer service is lacking is a vast understatement. I wouldn’t recommend this website based on how my issue was handled. STAY AWAY!!!

I had bought the battery powered callus remover (micro-pedi) several years ago, and noticed that they disappeared from stores and another brand took the shelf space. I purchased this other brand to try it but hated it so looked for Emjoi on the web. I found them, ordered a corded callus remover and am in heaven again! The micro-pedi tool is an amazing product - my feet are smooth once again, with added bonus of no wasteful battery use.
