Emigre don't offer returns on sale items, not refunds or even credit. It turns out this is actually not legal. All online retailers have to offer returns on goods, only physical shops can do no refunds. I was looking at buying more from them in the future, I won't be for this reason.

I purchased a Folio Suitcase from this company and it arrived incomplete. I have contacted the company three times to follow up and have not received a response or acknowledgement. This is not acceptable customer service, especially given the premium prices of this brand. Avoid.

Return is a hassle. I would not buy or recommend using this vendor. It could be more seamless than other e-commerce.
