I had such a great experience working…
I had such a great experience working with the Emersoft team on my High Lady Books Shopify store! The team is impressively professional, and their communication is truly top-tier. Pawel and Greg were incredibly patient with all of my requests, updates, and endless revisions 😂—always responsive and willing to jump on a call when needed. They really listened and did an amazing job turning the vision I had in my head into a website that truly feels like High Lady Books. I’m also incredibly grateful for Marcin, who has been the bridge throughout the process, connecting me with the right team and resources I needed along the way. I couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out. Huge thank you to Marcin, Pawel, Greg, and the entire Emersoft team for helping bring my little business and vision to life!

Top-Notch Team to Work With!
The team at Emersoft has been great to work with. As a Baby Boomer not as adept with technology, I was initially not certain at all of my tech abilities. But I quickly found the support team to be very professional, knowledgeable, responsive and encouraging. They provide support in written form as well as video, which has made the learning process very doable! I've achieved my goals and had fun doing it! The app is insightfully designed with an impressive understanding of the books business. Additionally, the new AI feature in the Shopify platform was a delight to work with. It has been a very positive experience working with the great folks at Emersoft.

We put a lot of thought into building Emersoft Books around the real needs of booksellers, so your kind words about the app and our understanding of the book business mean a great deal. Emersoft gives you the freedom to learn and the net to catch you when you fall.
Communication and availability is paramount when starting and subsequently running a business. The people who make up Emersoft excel at both. I am so glad we made the investment to partner with them. 100/10 recommend. Shout out to Pawel, Caroline (and previously, Tori).

Great for brick and mortar booksellers
Saves time and does what it says: connecting Shopify to distributors and publishers. Allows for less out of stocks and deeper inventory. Noticeable effort has been put into quality control, edge cases are handled well. Developer listens to feedback and implements changes and fixes in a timely fashion.
