This could have been a good oven. The knobs to control the 2 sides gets sooo hot you practically burn your hands. The fan kicks in whenever it feels like it when not in use. The ding for the timer also dings when not in use. There should be a power off button so I don’t have to unplug it.
ps. sent email to the address provided with the shipment, 3x, never got a response.

I have a set of knives in a butcher…
I have a set of knives in a butcher block that are dull and won’t cut anything. I’m surprised that he would sell such a cheap and useless made product.

Furious
Don't get me wrong, I like my 360 airfryer. But I was charged a hold payment of $262.76 and a processed order charge of $263.36. I still have received a credit to my bank account for the hold payment of $262.76. It's been 8 days and they say it may take 21 days!!! My advice is order from Amazon or anywhere but the website. Never have I ever had my account charged in this manner. Needless to say I am FURIOUS!!!

OK oven, broke in 6 months
We bought the Power Air Fryer 360 about 6 months ago. I wanted something that could bake, toast and dehydrate. I probably would have given it 3-4 stars, until it broke, because it bakes fairly well, toasts ok (very slow), and dehydrates much less well than my dehydrator. I don't much like the way the function selector knob works--I'm always confused about which way to go and which one is selected. My husband liked the airfryer function, but I really don't like how loud the fan is, and that it comes on when the bake function is selected. I always have to manually turn it off because I can't stand the noise. Unfortuntely, when I went to turn it off last week, the button broke--it just stayed pushed in. Aparrently, there is no warranty other than the 90 day money back guarantee. I did email customer service, but they just responded with "Sorry for the inconvenience, there is nothing we can do after the 90 days."
