I purchased the Emeril 360 on black Friday of 2022 it already stopped working. Since I couldn't find the receipt I was told there was nothing that they could do. Only lasted less than 7 months. Really disappointed

It is horrible. Never turns on right. Constantly blinking and beeping and then... cold food. It's ridiculous. My oven pre heats faster. Just does not work well at all. Is a major pain to work with. DO NOT BUY THIS.

Unfortunately awful took 1 hrs 30 min to cook chicken fingers now I'm stuck with a countertop orniment I really hoped it would have worked as described but does not very disappointed

I bought the Emeril 360 French Door Air Fryer for my birthday, and followed ALL of the instructions carefully before and during use for my 1st batch of air-fried chicken thighs and breast - it was HORRIBLE! Way, WAY Overcooked, even some black areas just from preheat 15 min before turning! Most pieces had raw flour areas too, and what breading there was fell off too easily. Looked NOTHING like the photo in cookbook! Now I am afraid to use it again and waste meat with this botched machine cooking. I bought the machine for rotisserie and air-fry, as everything else can be done in my oven, but what a waste of $300 for a crap machine! I would like a refund or a machine that works at it claims it will.

I bought my air fryer in July of 2022 so it’s not even a year old and it quit working on certain parts. When I called they will let me return it and then send me a new one but I have to pay for the shipping back! Are these people for real? It would prolly cost $100 to send back. It’s on them and under warranty. I would never get anything from them again. The French door air fryer 360 was bout $350. I do t have money to waste. I am so furious that I’m gonna see what PayPal can do since I used them to buy it through.

DO NOT BUY FROM LAGASSE!!! Scam!!! The French door air fryer is not a 26qt by no means. It is so tiny!!! We also upgraded to get the dual temperature and in doing so, you don’t get the attachments that is supposed to come with it. It didn’t state anywhere that they were not included if you upgrade. Total rip off!!! You can get a more inexpensive air fryer that does the same thing!!! Definitely not worth $400 and you have to pay to send it back which is expensive!!!!

At 94, my Father became too frail to deal with Large Appliances. Having always been a Fan of Emeril Lagassi, Dad purchased the Emeril Lagassi AirFryer. This Product was Expensive, and did not function at all well From Day 1. The Appliance did not Heat Up Quickly, nor Well. Food did Not Cook at Recommended Times/ Temps. Nor did it Cook Thoroughly, and Continual 'Experimentation' resulted in a Sr. Citizen on a Fixed Income having to throw out a lot of Expensive Food (Mostly Meat/ Fish). My Father Called Customer Service Numerous Times...Each Time he was given, and Followed Various Recommendations for Product Use. The Unit never worked even moderately well. Finally, Still w/in 30 Days of Receipt, the Emeril Lagassi AirFryer stopped working completely. Dad Called Again, and [when he could get through] was Again given Various Recommendations to try to get it to work. The Appliance would Not Work. After Additional Numerous Calls, Dad was Finally Promised a Return Authorization & Mailing Label -Which NEVER ARRIVED. He Continued to Call -Literally EVERY DAY trying to get the Return Authorization & Mailing Label. Dad held for Hours, and was Transferred Around, I tried calling too... We were CONTINUOUSLY Promised a Return Authorization & Mailing Label -WHICH NEVER ARRIVED. Again, Dad Continued to Make Daily Calls... MORE THAN 90 DAYS AFTER Dad's FIRST CALL, the Return Authorization & Return Mailing Label Arrived --TOO LATE. (Incidentally: The Return Label was for use with Regular/Standard US Postal Service! -Even my Toner Cartridges come with a FREE UPS Return Label for Empties to be Recycled!) The Return Authorization & Label Arrived TOO LATE, BECAUSE IT APPEARS THAT THE EMERIL LAGASSI APPLIANCE CUSTOMER SERVICE DEPARTMENT 'RODE OUT' THE 90 DAY RETURN 'TIME CLOCK'! Their Final Response was that the Return Authorization & Label were VOID because it was now Passed 90 Days, and as such, the Unit Could No Longer Be Returned! I was Shocked, and Appalled to Believe that a 94 Year Old WWII Veteran, on a Fixed Income had been PLAYED. I Consider this a Form of Elder Abuse. I feel that the Company that Provided the Emeril Lagassi AirFryer Essentially Lied, Cheated, and Ultimately Stole from a 94 Year Old on a Fixed Income. (-and Yes, it was ALWAYS MADE VERY CLEAR that they were Dealing with a Sr. Citizen of 94, on a Fixed Income.) I am DISGUSTED! Emeril Lagassi's Products Business Practices are SHAMEFUL & DISGRACEFUL. I Sincerely Hope that Emeril isn't Aware of these Business Practices because if he is then he too is a Shameful Disgrace of a human being. Needless to say, Neither Dad, me, nor ANYONE We know, or who knows the people we know will EVER Purchase Anything 'Emeril Lagassi' Again.

My wife bought me an Emeril Lagasse power air fryer 360 XL . First time using it I made potato wedges and I had to cook them for double the time recommended . I also followed instructions with the stuffed burgers and the smoke in my kitchen was overwhelming. My next recipe I followed was the breaded air fried chicken , I Cooked one batch as directed and had to open windows and doors due to extreme smoke. Mind you, I live in the north and during winter months, it is cold . I then took the next batch and cooked it in my convection oven at the same temp as the air fryer and the results were much better. So I am sending the Emeril Lagasse air fryer back—not impressed whatsoever. I don’t need to get health issues do to a smoke filled home let alone a bigger clean up .
