Snel en duidelijk. Nu hopen dat de bril snel wordt geleverd, ik ben wat laat maar ga snel op vakantie vandaar

Emeja is waardeloos internet bedrijf, bij retourneren word je aan het lijntje gehouden. Je krijgt zelfs geen retourlabel zoals het bedrijf beloofd. Mijn advies: Bestel nooit bij dit bedrijf.

Ordered something and the website said it would be shipped within one to three business days but I didn’t realize it had to come from far because I later saw it would take longer. It also stated in my order confirmation that I could cancel an order within a day. When canceling I got a reaction to just try the product and send it back but once again. Mentioned that I want to cancel and get the refund as stated on their website. Had to mention that three times because the customer service kept asking if they could do anything to change my mind. After the third time I got this response : “We understand your decision and sincerely apologize that we cannot provide the resolution you were hoping for. Unfortunately, your order has been classified as a VIP order, which means it was prioritized and moved directly into the shipping process. As a result, we are unable to cancel the order at this stage. We understand that you no longer wish to receive the item, and we’re sorry for the inconvenience. Once the parcel arrives, you may contact us again, and we will guide you through the return process in accordance with our return policy. Thank you for your understanding.” I did not ask for a vip order or paid for it. I placed an order. Immediately tried to cancel as stated on the order confirmation and now it is being send over and on the website it says I have to pay for return shipping.
