**EMBERFLOW = HUGE MISTAKE**
Hiring Emberflow was one of the biggest marketing mistakes I've made.
I hired them to build and manage a complete patient acquisition system—ads, funnels, CRM automation, lead follow-up, and appointment setting.
The biggest problem was simple: **they started spending my advertising money before the backend system was even properly set up.**
Without my permission, **they spent more than $2,000 on ads while the system needed to receive, manage, and communicate those leads was not yet functioning.**
I wasn't receiving leads and couldn't understand where the advertising money was going. When I finally insisted on seeing the details myself, I discovered that the few leads they had generated- which were poor quality-were simply sitting inside their system.
There was **no functioning process in place to notify me or my team that those leads were even there so we could contact them.**
In other words, they were spending thousands of dollars generating leads before making sure their client could actually receive and follow up with those leads.
That should never have happened.
There were other problems as well:
* Ads were launched before the backend was ready.
* More than $2,000 in advertising was spent without my permission.
* Leads were sitting in their system without a proper way to alert my team.
* SMS automations were not properly tested.
* One live text actually went out saying **"Anna this is ,"** because a basic merge field wasn't populated.
* The booking process was weak.
* Account managers repeatedly changed.
* I continually had to identify problems that should have been caught before launch.
Marketing campaigns require testing and optimization. I understand that.
What I cannot accept is **spending a client's money before the system required to handle the resulting leads is operational—and then leaving the client unaware that those leads even exist.**
Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Emberflow.
Everything stated in this review reflects my personal experience and the facts as I understand and documented them. I have intentionally limited this review to those facts. If I were not being careful about how I publicly describe this experience, my assessment would be considerably harsher.

Fraudulent Practices, CEO used my image and voice to create a FAKE Testimonial with False Income Claims
I am writing this review about EmberFlow because this company and specifically its CEO (P. B.) has committed multiple fraudulent activities while I was working with them and after I ended the contract. I have screenshots of everything!!
Be AWARE of this company and its CEO. He’s a scammer!
For 4 months now, the CEO of this company has been using a YouTube video he created with my image and voice with FALSE INCOME CLAIMS! He needs to be stopped!
Just yesterday, someone contacted me saying that he sent them the YouTube video testimonial which he fabricated using my image.
He’s using a fake testimonial video with my voice and image to get new clients.
I ended our Facebook Ads contract in April 2026. On our last zoom call, I was complaining that in 4.5 months I had only made $6720 and I’d invested $22,000.
He took a small clip of what I said and took it completely out of context to created a video testimonial claiming this I made $7000 in my 1st week of working with him. LIES!
He claimed I made $60,000 a month and $35,000 in profit per month! All LIES!!
I’ve reported the fake testimonial video to YouTube.
I’ve worked with several ad agencies over the last 8 years. This was my worst experience.
I run a weight loss and menopause wellness program.
I had to repeatedly ask his incompetent team to take down ads and remove emails and text messages they were sending potential customers because they were making up lies about client’s results.
There was no need to lie since my actual clients have had amazing results, but they had preset fraudulent results embedded in their follow up emails and text messages. I asked multiple times for these lies to be removed. Disgusting!!
He promised to get me 350 new Facebook leads /possible clients for my weight loss coaching and hormone replacement program, and he did not meet his promises at all.
8 weeks into the 12 week contract, his company had only gotten me 7% of the promised 350 leads.
The contract said if he could not get the 350 leads in 90 days, he would pay for the Facebook ads until the 350 leads were obtained. All LIES!!
He refused to pay for the Facebook ads cost after the contracted 90 days since he was nowhere near the promised 350 leads that he promised to get me. The contract said that if he did not get me 350 leads, he would pay for the ads until the 350 were obtained. He refused to cover the ads cost.
I suffered a significant amount of stress and grave incompetence dealing with this company.
Once I terminated the contract, the CEO then proceeded to create a YouTube video using a video clip of me and a bunch of LIES claiming that I made $60,000 a month working with him and $35,000 in monthly profit and $7000 in week one of working with him. All LIES!!!
He’s a complete LIAR!!
I did not make one of those income claims he mentioned in his video. He’s lying!
I did not quit my job after 4 months of working with him. He’s lying again.
I did not start from zero. He’s lying!
I’ve been running my business for over 8 years before ever meeting him.
I have sent the Better Business Bureau a copy of this notifying them of what happened to me working with this company.
People need to be aware of their predatory and fraudulent practices.
He created false advertising using my image and telling lies about my income earned while working with him!
I’ve heard that other EmberFlow clients that had similar problems with incompetence and undelivered results. Another EmberFlow client (J. A.) just did his review of this company and the CEO on Trust Pilot recently. Look it up. We were in the same cohort working with this company.
These are the Facts!
I have tons of screenshots of the incompetent and fraudulent work they did.
He has this fake testimonial video on his company’s website as well. He’s a fraud!
I have more proof and evidence if you need it. He needs to be stopped!
He’s fraudulent!
Contact me on LinkedIn or Dr. Di Fitness on facebook for more details.
You have been warned about P. B. and EmberFlow.
Use this fact as you wish.
If I could rate them a negative star, I would!

Dianah,
We take concerns about client results and advertising seriously. However, several statements in this review are inaccurate and misleading.
You did not invest $22,000 in the program as described. You purchased a $10,000 lead-generation program, and that payment was later refunded, despite our team having delivered services on our side. You worked with us for 3 months, we checked-in every week, and at the end of the program you didn't want to pay us for renewal and came up with excuses about SMS automations sent to your leads, also threatening us with lawyers...
(proof of refund - https://drive.google.com/file/d/1ZqUbdakk-b73lSCZyk-WwXIn4cRCeqsA/view?usp=sharing)
You also provided a testimonial describing approximately $7,000 in monthly recurring revenue. The video was based on statements and footage you provided; it was not fabricated or generated using artificial intelligence.
Additionally, some of the patient success stories referenced in your marketing were individuals whose leads were generated through our campaigns. Presenting those results as though they had no connection to our work is incomplete.
Our records also show that you discouraged certain prospective clients from moving forward because they were not making 6-7 figures per year. That is inconsistent with the claim that we alone prevented potential clients from engaging with your business.
We categorically deny fabricating testimonials, falsifying income claims, or engaging in fraud. We retain documentation—including agreements, payment records, campaign records, communications, and the source material for the testimonial—that contradicts several assertions in this review.
We are happy to address legitimate, specific concerns through the appropriate channels, but we cannot allow demonstrably inaccurate allegations of fraud and criminal conduct to stand unchallenged. We have asked that any claims not supported by the underlying records be corrected or removed.

Dishonest business practices: Stay away - SCAM
I invested $14,000 with Emberflow and Peter Berrettini for a GLP-1 drug and telemedicine setup that was promised to be turn-key. It has been over a year, and I have nothing to show for it but a single-page website full of errors.
Throughout the process, every pharmacy or telemedicine partner they directed me to either shut down or had significant issues, requiring constant re-registration and wasted time. I spent a year filling out repetitive forms with no progress. Despite the initial promises, I never saw the 100 patients in 90 days that was guaranteed.
Recently, they claimed to have a new fantastic system (called joinrubymd.com) but demanded an additional $5,000 to get me running, which I refused. I told them I would give them the $5,000 after they got me some patients, and of course, they didn't agree to a performance-based fee. It feels like a scam. I am convinced their positive reviews are fake or AI-generated, as they lack the substance and detail seen in the genuine negative feedback from other frustrated customers. Save your money, do not work with this company.

100 patients in 90 days!!
100 patients in 90 days!!! I initially said I'd be happy with 60 so I love how they still went above and beyond to get me more patients. Greatest thing on the backend for me is upsells. I didnt think you could have patients stay for longer and offer them more stuff and they still buy it, thats been a game changer

Liars. I don't know how to describe the experience besides crazy. They told me they will build me a complete website and telehealth, they then told me they do marketing and we tried it for months without 1 single patient and now they are telling me I need to put more money on ads. Total crazy company.

They promise 350+ leads…
They promise 350+ leads…. And we got 0. Someone was actually calling that number asking for a temu refund. The messages they send to leads aren’t grammatically correct & are overall messy. I’m not one to leave a bad review but when it’s this bad & especially for the price they are charging I had to warn others.

Hello "El",
We checked our database. Marketing-wise, it is really hard not to be able to generate a lead. It all comes down to the quality of the leads, finding patients who are looking for a transformation, not the lowest price.
In the history of our company, every single client we have ever worked with has achieved our guarantee; it seems that what you're saying is not adding up.
We also have a refund guarantee.
If you're a real client, please share your email and we'll be refunding you. Thank you.
