My order was processed promptly and very impressed. The issues were with USPS. I used their format on tracking my package and failed to deliver it. They sent a text saying the customer requested the package was to be picked up at the terminal which was not true. I waited all day on their delivery date and had to retrieve my package at the terminal then I was told the carrier failed to deliver on the promised day and should of delivered it. Need less to say I received it the other day at 5:00 pm. Horrible delivery services!!!
