Lyons Mortgage Services, Inc.Reviews of elyons.com

Second Mortgage Renewal Through Lyons Lyons Mortgages were again, excellent. I was provided with clear options and a smooth customer-focused service and they was happy to answer any questions along the way. Highly recommend.

I had a great experience working with Andrew Sophocleous. It took me about two years to find the Co-Op I was looking for, and Andrew was SUPER patient, answered all my questions and concerns throughout that time. When I FINALLY got into contract, Andrew was super-efficient and ALWAYS answered all my questions and was easy to get in touch with. If you want the best service, knowledge and exceptional service, Andrew Sophocleous is who you work with.

We used Lyons Mortgage Services to purchase our first home and it was such a pleasant experience. Nick and Andrew made it an easy process for us. Andrew was available at all times to answer our questions and made everything easy for us to understand. We would highly recommend them to anyone looking to purchase a home!

The crew at Lyons did an absolutely amazing job helping us close on an investment property. We had almost lost the deal due to dealing with another lender, but Lyons stepped up for us. They managed to secure our funding under a tight time constraint and deliver us a product of superior quality. I will definitely be using Lyons for all future projects. Nick, Andrew, and the rest of the team thank you again!

This is the 4th loan with Lyons in the course of 11 years. As always, the people at Lyons handled my most recent mortgage with the utmost care and professionalism. My loan officer was so patient, kind, and always made himself available to me. The process was easy and Lyons did what they needed to close my loan fast. Thank you!!

My experience with Lyons was excellent! Katerina, who is such a knowledgeable communicator, and truly lovely to work with, provided truly professional assistance that went above and beyond in terms of responsiveness, follow up, and care. Katerina was also so patient, explaining the process and options. In fact, everyone involved in the process at Lyons, such as Claudia and Lakis were incredibly responsive as well. I feel like Katerina and the staff of Lyons actually care about their clients and work hard to keep everything on track and provide the support that can be lost with bigger banks.

I recently closed on the purchase of my Coop and had the pleasure of working with Katerina Levonja. Katerina went above and beyond to help me throughout the entire process of my mortgage loan. She was very knowledgeable, helpful and patient and worked so hard to hard to make sure all my loan documents were done correctly which helped make my closing go extremely fast and smooth. I highly recommend Katerina and the entire Lyons Mortgage team to anyone who is purchasing or refinancing a home, condo or coop.
