Hello! We would like to clarify that we are an international dating platform and we strictly follow all applicable regulations and payment standards. Charges are only made when a subscription is active, and the subscription terms are clearly presented and accepted at the time of the first payment. We do not withdraw funds without an active service, and we do not tolerate fraudulent activity on the platform. If you have any questions or if something is unclear regarding the charges, please contact us directly at [email protected].

¡Hola!

Hello! Thank you for sharing your feedback. We understand your frustration, but we’d like to clarify that we are a dating website, not an online store. We don’t sell physical products or handle deliveries, so unfortunately we’re unable to assist with orders, shipments, or returns. We’re sorry that you had a negative experience and hope you can resolve the issue directly with the store where the purchase was made. Thank you for your understanding.
