This site definitely has his ups and downs. However, I have to say that the customer service and the billing department are wonderful! It would be nice to see a faster way to get payouts, but once you get to learn their system and understand it, it becomes less frustrating. There are definitely opportunities to be successful on this site, but I would suggest when there is a payout happening that you can add to that payout with additional winnings without having to restart the timing process of the payout. Overall, it has been a good experience. And I cannot speak more highly of the billing department and customer service.

So far a 4star, thats based on my usage so far. Yes its taken them a couple weeks to verify my account. They didnt ask for anything special, just photoID, banking info & a quick security phone call (all forms are on there site, just fill out, save as pdf, sign & email back), a fairly simple process & the ID/banking process is fairly standard like most casinos. I had a $35 free chip with a 35x WR, max cashout was $105, i beat it & got $104 won, i deposited via BTC as the minimum cashout is $150, only $20 of BTC as a deposit & i again won like $55 off that, after a few more spins im now at $150.06, this is where my review temporarily pauses…im fully verified, i have $150 withdrawable, so i withdrew to my BTC wallet, that was 12hrs ago (its now 1:30am GMT on 10 feb 23)… So yeah, ill update as soon as things change, wether i get a cashout or not…. Also slots are ok, standard rival type slots, i think most seasoned gamblers have come across them before, if you havent, try out intouch’s slots (dr slot, mr spin etc), in my opinion there the uk equivalent of rival, not the best by all means, but not the worst… Afaik this isnt a UK licensed casino, but for a Curacao licensed casino, it seems legit enough so far, but then ive only put £17 in ($22) inc BTC fee. This is pretty par for the course no matter which online casino you choose, but some of these disgruntled reviewers didn't seem to get that through their heads. Overall, I like this site.
