Buyer Beware
Buyer Beware! I purchased the turquoise pearl necklace. It was $59. that was the special sale price. After purchasing I saw the exact necklace on Amazon for $39. It wasn’t a knockoff they had Elova Jewelry listed as the seller. I kept the $59. I didn’t want to go through the all the hassle of mailing it back at my expense. This company is a rip off. The necklace on Amazon is exactly the same necklace that they are selling. I did extensive research on this your paying $20 more to cover the cost of all the ad’s on TikTok an Instagram.

No response to return request
I received the necklace and wish to return it. I have now sent 3 emails asking for return instruction and have had no reply at all. I am increasingly concerned that my return request and refund will be ignored. Was not a cheap purchase. Be warned :(

Terrible Customer Service - WILL NOT RESPOND TO ME TO RETURN ITEM
The necklace I received does not look like the pictures. The pearl drop is tiny, not even close to what is in the picture. It looks cheap and like a counterfeit item. I have emailed their customer support 3x in the last 2.5 weeks to return my necklace and get a refund. Following the exact instructions on their website. I still haven't received a response.
