It is a beautiful necklace but the colors are way off. Just not like the one pictured. I know they are each one of a kind but u was just disappointed. Sorry.

The stones used in the necklace have colors that look "flat" in comparison to what you advertise. The only "vibrant" color is the white pearl!

Quality of the gold hardware looks more like brass metal. Quality of the pearl ins nice and construction looks good as well.

I do not like the looks of the clasp.

In your video of the necklace that I bought. The main Pearl is larger than the other two pearls. When I received the necklace all three pearls were the same size. I wasn't happy with the look. You should manufacture your necklaces to look like the picture.

It's a pretty necklace but I thought the main pearl would be bigger--it was in all the photos that I saw. I think I was also a little startled by the way it was packaged and mailed. If they had put a heavy package on top of it in the shipping process it would have been crushed. However, the necklace itself is lovely

The necklace is very beautiful and has a nice heavy weight to it. My dissatisfaction with my purchase is that, the bar/clasp does not lay flat or straight in real life like it does in all the advertisements. If you look closely at the advertisement photos, it looks like it is soldered in place. No matter how I insert the bar in the clasp hole, it will not lay flat. To me, this is purely false advertising. SC.

I was so looking forward to a blue necklace but the one i was sent is more green
