My wife set up a family trip to MEXICO and I wanted to surprise her with a gift upon arrival at the resort. The necklace I purchased thru ELOVA was amazing - she loved it. The customer service and the cost and quality was great. I highly recommend this company!!!

Ordered a necklace and pair of earrings. I received both, it took a little bit of time, but it is coming from across the world and to be expected. When I received the necklace and earrings, they were beautiful, and as described on the website. One of the earrings broke when I wore it the first time and I reached out, and they immediately said they would send me replacement earrings. Great customer service.
