Great customer service with Nienke
Great customer service with Nienke. I ordered the wrong necklace. Contacted Nienke, options were offered. I chose to return the necklace as soon as I supplied the tracking number the credit was issued. Now I am waiting for the right necklace :) When you receive prompt replies with realistic options this is what keeps customers returning. Thank you Nienke :)

I am so happy with this purchase
I am so happy with this purchase! There was a small problem with it when I first received it so I reached out customer service and was impressed when they responded very quickly. They listened to me and were able to send a replacement which arrived today and is perfect. I truly appreciate a company that responds to customer concerns and provides exceptional customer service.

I Love My New Necklace
I ordered a necklace. The stones and quality were excellent. The turquoise color range on the stones were stunning. When I ordered it I didn't think to look at the length. On my neck it was more like a chocker. I asked if I could return and also if the had a longer length. These folks not only sent me a replacement 2 inches longer, they let me keep the original necklace. Customer service went over and beyond to make me happy. I will definitely order from them again!

Excellent customer service!…
I ordered a necklace and earrings from Elova and thought I received the wrong tracking info. I emailed customer support and a lovely agent named Nienke responded immediately and helped me see that my package already arrived! I LOVE the jewelry, really good quality and the customer service was top notch!!

AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE
I was not pleased with the merchandise, it was nice but not what I had expected. I contacted Customer Service and they were awesome! Quickly responded to my concern, I returned the merchandise and issued a refund! Can’t praise them enough!! BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

My experience didn’t start out great
My experience didn’t start out great, only because delivery got hung up. Once I emailed ELOVA they, or I should say Nienke kept in contact with me, didn’t leave me hanging. I was so thankful for that because you don’t know who you are dealing with. When I received my order I absolutely love it. The Turquoise Bead Pearl Necklace is pretty and fun to wear. Thanks again.
