I had a problem that broke as soon as I attempted to wear it the first time. This could happen with any product. I got a quick response regarding its replacement and a new necklace was shipped right away. I was very satisfied with their level of customer service.

I came across your beautiful jewelry
Oh I ran across your jewelry and the Turquoise and the Pearl made me go crazy exactly what I've been looking for and needed. I recieved it and it's overwhelming the love you put in this. I'm so grateful that I found you. It's just like Christmas when I get to get something I really want. Thank you for lighting up an old woman's heart.
