I love my necklace
I love my necklace, it’s exactly as advertised and the quality is excellent. I am however, unable to make the clasp sit correctly. Some guidance would be appreciated. Thank you Sue

My earrings broke after I wore them…
My earrings broke after I wore them twice and was replaced with something else very quickly. Everything is so pretty but the necklace does pull my hair a little on the back of my neck.

Packaging was fine for me
Packaging was fine for me, but I also sent a piece as a gift and would have preferred a pretty box.

The neckless arrived in a timely…
The neckless arrived in a timely fashion and well packed. I'm a little disappointed in the paleness of the stones. When I choose the turquoise one I did so because the one being modeled had a variety of dark colors of turquoise and navy and brown. Mine is all pale blue. It's slightly longer that I expected but will make do. After getting this turquoise one and not being fully satisfied I ordered the pearl one and I'll see how that one is before I decide to keep both or return one or both. I love the idea of the clasp in front. It makes it very easy to put on.
