I meant to order silver and realized my order was set to the default gold after I placed the order. Hoping they could catch it and make the change, I emailed customer service with my request. They were able to make the change before shipping. The shipping did take a longer time than expected, but once the necklace arrived I was pleased. I have received many complements.

I wear a lot of white and the coastal blue clothing so this style fits me. It’s also fast and easy to put on. If it’s fussy I end up not wearing it at all. I’m so happy you offer many pieces in silver as well.

I received a beautiful pearl necklace that turned out to be 2 inches short of advertised 20 inches. I contacted the company, without hesitation they apologised and sent a replacement free of charge. Very prompt and great customer service
