Love my necklace. I accidentally swam in the sea with it, and it was fine. Customer service and communication was excellent. I was updated regularly on the progress and delivery of the order.

I am extremely happy with the beautiful necklace and have received so many compliments when I wear it. One of my very best friends just had a birthday in August and I bought one for her, too. On top of that I got the beautiful pearl earrings and it’s a beautiful set. The customer service husband, very sweet and attentive and respectful. I’m super impressed with this company and highly recommend them. And their products as well!

Recently purchased the toggle, turquoise necklace and loved it. Purchased a diff style and unfortunately it was too tight around my neck and needed to be returned. Customer service was exceptional and prompt with very clear directions. I give this company an A+ for service and will certainly purchase from them again. Thank you ELOVA for respectful, prompt service. LInda

I was so impressed with ELOVA recently. I had ordered a pearl necklace, which was quite beautiful, but when it arrived it was too big for me in terms of length. I contacted the company as to how to make a return and was told as soon as ELOVA saw that it had been shipped I would get a refund. To my surprise, I mailed it on September the 8th and got a full refund on the 9th. I was very, very impressed! Thank you ELOVA! Great customer service.

Great customer service and willingness to be helpful. The clasp on my earring was defective and as a result lost my earring. They were very understanding and replaced it. Love my necklace and earrings. You won’t be disappointed.
