I have to say I was so looking forward to receiving this necklace, but was so disappointed. When you lay it out, almost every stone is the same color. It looks nothing like the one you displayed in your add!

The 2 necklaces appear shorter and do not lay nicely on the chest. They lay lopsided. Also one of the bracelets have bars on both sides instead of ring on one side to close. Please send me information returning and receiving credit.

This is on my second order ad I gave you a second chance. Even asked you to make sure I had done variation in the bead color. Still out of 30 plus bead only 5 (in the back) were other colors. My necklaces look like they are solid green. Oh well lesson learned twice.

The products are not as described. I have emailed multiple pictures of the advertised necklace with the ones I was sent. Each time I was told they are “natural” pearls. This is not possible as they are all identical. The pearls that is in the center is larger in every advertisement and on the website but the three “pears” are all the same. Do not buy.

My necklace is green and not at all the colours that were advertised with blues and whites - very disappointed in your product . Catherine

I actually like your company but my latest purchase was not nearly the quality I expected.

I wanted a necklace that looked like the one in the Facebook. However what I got was very flat and boring with very little color variation. So I ordered a second necklace and it was equally disappointing. I am thankful that it was able to receive a full refund on both but had to send them back at my own cost.

No one reached out to me when they saw what they thought was a problem with the address. I had to contact you! I disappointed my granddaughter as it was not here when I needed it
