Dispute resolved!
SCAM! I was taken in by a lovely photo of a necklace sold by Elova. When I received it in the mail, it looked like junk jewelry. When I requested return information all I received was an acknowledgement of receipt of my email. This was 2 weeks ago and still no response. There is a 30 day return policy and 1/2 of it has already expired. A second email from me today prompted the same AI generated response “your request is being reviewed by our support staff”. There is no phone number to be found anywhere. I fear my $80 purchase of junk jewelry is a SCAM! Update 10/17/26 Received a very apologetic reply. Dispute resolved quickly and professionally.
Response from Elova JewelryOct 15, 2026
Hi Debby, Thank you for telling us, and we're so sorry. We completely understand how worrying and frustrating it must have been to wait two weeks without a real answer, especially when you were watching your return window shrink. That's not the experience we want for you, and we sincerely apologize. We want to reassure you that ELOVA is a real company, and every order ships from our own warehouse in Delaware. We'd love the chance to make this right, so please email us at [email protected] with your order number or the email address used at checkout, and mention that you've been waiting two weeks. We'll look into it for you right away. Again, we're so sorry for the disappointment and the lack of response, Debby. 🤍 With love, Team ELOVA
