The pieces are very pretty!! Packaging protected the pieces but shipping & notification could be improved!

My experience was good. The necklace has a clasp that is next to impossible to get one. The first time I wore it I fumbled around for a half hour just trying to get it on. I don't know if I can exjoy the necklace I really like if I can't get it on. Mary Wilcox

Your advertising presentations are lovely to look at … very pleasing. It was easy to order and they were delivered rather quickly in pretty little pouches. I love the colors although I thought I was getting more of a turquoise and it seems more green. The only thing that disappoints me are the clasps…. I love the closure, however, they appear more bronze in color than gold.

Hi Elizabeth, Thank you so much for such a thoughtful review! We're delighted you found the presentation pleasing, the ordering easy, the delivery quick, and that you love the colors and the closure too. Since our stones are natural amazonite, the shade can lean more green than turquoise from piece to piece, and we're sorry the clasps look more bronze than gold to you. We truly appreciate you sharing this, and we're always here if you'd like to reach out. Thank you again, Elizabeth! 💛 With love, Team ELOVA

Good quality and I love the style. I bought three for presents for my daughters but still have not received them and no word from shipping.
