The clasp does not sit flat.
The clasp does not sit flat like it’s advertised and supposed to. I don’t wear it. I feel I’ve been cheated!

Unfortunately just not happy
Unfortunately just not happy. My necklaces took forever to be fulfilled and delivered. Then one arrived with a broken clasp and the other too short for my neck. Someone from your Customer Service has reached out and she is very nice. We're trying to fix the problem. But now I am awaiting the receipt of a return label in the mail, which is also taking a very long time. I would like to send them back to exchange for something else.

I am disappointed with my necklace…
I am disappointed with my necklace shorter than I expected and the colors are so dull it looks cheap.

The clasp looks like old brass not at…
The clasp looks like old brass not at all like gold…I’ve worn the necklace only during the daytime and never had it near soap Or chemicals ….the “finish” on the pearls across the back of the necklace is wearing off which would never ever happen with fresh water pearls. I want to return it!! It’s fake!!!

The necklace I received was not the one I ordered
The necklace I received was not like the one that I ordered. The pendant was the same size as the pearl on either side of the clasp. The necklace I ordered had a much larger pendant that looked very attractive in the advertised picture, but was not what I received. I sent pictures to Elova of what I had ordered and what I received. They could not correct the issue as I requested . They did refund my credit card, but I really wanted the necklace I had ordered.
