The customer service is excellent
The customer service is excellent. I was so excited to receive my necklace and earrings but when they arrived the necklace was broken. They were quick to respond and offered either a new necklace or a full refund. I loved the look and quality of the items. I would definitely trust ordering with Elova knowing they are there if something goes wrong.

Pleasantly surprised!
I bought the turquoise and the earth toned necklaces and was pleasantly surprised by the beauty and quality. I want the pearl version next.

Excellent necklace.
Website was easy to navigate. Buying the product was easy. Delivery was swift…my wife loved the necklace. Downside….the website said the necklace was $110 approx..can’t quite remember but when I went to purchase - did it three times - it always came up as $144….bit sneaky I think.
