I would give 0 starts if I could. Do not buy from these people it's 100% a scam. I ordered a realistic, ai generated robot dog who was supposed to walk, respond to voice commands, snuggle, move its eyes, etc. What i got was a tiny toy statue of a dog who did none of that. They gave me a fake tracking number that didn't match the one that the dog was sent in amd stopped tracking updates once it got into the country. I paid $45 for a tiny daschund statue. Total scam.

Careful with this company they will scam you. I would not recommend it to anyone. False advertisement on their product. I paid a little over $160 for my order and they sent wrong items worth maybe $40. Tried to return for a refund and they denied it. Then they stopped replying to my emails. Tried getting a refund from Paypal and was denied do to receiving the items according to them reaching out to Eloquacifi even though I informed Paypal they were the wrong ones.

Definitely a scam. Provided a fake tracking number, and all email support is either ai or pre-written. Order was cancelled and refund promised, but no refund came.

Complete scam. Sends you fake tracking data showing stuck in customs for weeks. Items never arrive.

Rip off company. No product,no money back.

Would give zero if it was an option….got completely scammed from these ppl ordered and item on Feb 26 2025 writing this on 4-2-25 never received package messages customer service they basically laughed at me an told me to wait for it to get there I guess 6 weeks isn’t long enough of a wait…the tracking updates stopped as soon as the product entered the country these ppl are complete fraudsters do not purchase anything from this website!!!

I love the color & flower on them. I have others, and as usual they are easy to wear, & comfy.

Fits perfectly and very comfortable.
