I found the number of boost options a bit overwhelming at first. It would be helpful if there were a simpler guide

We’ve spotted a lot of bot spam reviews here lately that don't seem to get removed. Please know they don’t reflect real experiences or in most cases don't even make sense. If you’ve got questions, talk to us directly or browse some of the older ones.

booster had trouble starting my order, sent me several messages stating i provided the wrong password. turns out he was just entering the wrong password...started my order the next day and played a couple of games then the next day said my password was wrong again...nope just him entering wrong password once more. sigh, monitoring games, he did do well occasionally, but around 40% of the time he struggled to win games at mid-silver elo and even straight up inted some games. i find it hard to believe this is a challenger level player based on what i saw, maybe high plat - low diamond. furthermore, they did not respect the roles and champions i requested, mostly one tricking with lee sin jungle where he would hard stomp, other champions and roles he struggled to do well with. in the end they did achieve the elo i paid for, but the overall experience was pretty average. the customer service side of things was very good though, chat always responding promptly and very friendly.

Booster duoed with lower mmr players and lost a game going 1/6 in a silver lobby. I think that's all I need to say. I will give them a number of stars equal to my winrate in those games.

Hey Messup! Thank you for your review! We finished your account with only 1 lose and gained you +25LP per match which is as good as it gets. You did not lose any MMR, the win rate of your account is higher than before and the difference was only 1 division between both accounts. It is impossible and we do not guarantee 100% win rate. Your < 20 games account is in smurf queue that makes the games harder and longer for the players which is why it is as a standard practice to include additional fees for it yet we did not charge you anything extra. If you have a specific desire to have as high win rate as possible on your per division orders, feel free to message us and we'll do our best to maximize the odds of exactly that happening - anything you want, we can do it, just ask :)
