I ordered some liquid fertilizer and a soil additive in early May. After two weeks, it still did not ship. I requested a refund for the soil additive because I wanted to get it elsewhere so I could begin my garden. They dragged their feet but agreed to give me the refund. When I went to pay the credit card that contained those charges approximately a month later, no refund had actually been given. I opened a dispute. They reached out and said they would refund me if I closed the dispute. That is not how disputes work. Be wary. They are more than a little sketchy. It makes me question the 'organic' integrity of their products.

Almost 4 weeks and still haven’t received product. No tracking info either. They responded to my email that they were out of caps and that was reason for delay. I paid $59.90 for one bottle that sells for $29.90 on Amazon! I’ve asked for my money back but don’t expect to get it. They offered me 20% off but why would I give them any more money.

I don't believe that this company knows what they are doing. I placed an order on June 10, 2026. Never received processing responses or shipping information. After many attempts to contact them for status, I finally asked them to just cancel and refund on June 18, 2026. They finally responded June 20, 2026, and completely ignored my request to cancel, stating that they hope that shipping may finally occur the following week, but provided no shipping information. I again asked them to cancel and on June 23, 2026, they told me that the cancellation occurred and I should receive a refund 5-10 days. By June 30, 2026, there was no evidence that a refund had begun and no pending refund to my credit card had occurred. So I again asked them the status of my refund. Today, on July 1, 2026, I received a refund confirmation from Elm Dirt confirming that my refund was initiated on June 30, 2026 - 10 days from their original date of refund. I now see a pending transaction on my credit card for the refund.

I was hired as a subcontractor with an official title as Business Development & Sales. I pleaded with the company for a contract and I continually was promised that one was coming to me. I had, unfortunately given the company my blind trust that a contract would soon arrive. I managed to get off to a great start securing sales accounts for the company. I was told that I would receive commission for the life of the accounts. I was also told that my commission would be 10% and not have to be shared. I got fired after 6 months of work and never received a contract. Upon my getting terminated, I received an email from my employer stating that I will only get 4% commission vs the10% commission that I was promised, because "I had to share with other people that worked on the accounts." This was never, ever, expressed to me that I would have to share my commission with anyone when I first began working for the company. I feel that the way I was treated was unethical, unkind, and highly unprofessional to refuse to give a sales person that worked as hard as I did a basic contract. Then firing me after 6 months. I felt used and taken advantage of.

Ordered the product and 6 days later it still hasn't shipped out.
