Actual rating is ZERO since I placed order 6/22/2026 for a dress still being sold on the internet and have not received it as of 7/14/26, The tracking stops on 6/25/26 when packaged in their POLAND based warehouse. I've emailed them 6 times, their responses are putting me off, snappy, vague, refusal to refund me. I don't trust that their products have any value and they took my money with nothing received. Event has passed that I needed dress for now. Don't order from Elma Boutique shows they are based in Boston, MA BUT really based in Poland.

This is an update since writing the review, I guess my refund is in my spam folder too. They spent a lot of time writing a response but (1) counterfeit merch is a crime not a free gift (2) they offered to get me 50% of the product price and offered for me to keep the merchandise(3) when I finally got sick of them and accepted the 50% they said sorry we revoked that offer now the offer is 30% (4) they claim they have a small physical location, address please? (5) STILL NO refund. I have done my research and this is a scam company. The merchandise that is represented in the ad is NOT what they send you. It is not boxed- it's shipped in a plastic bag from China.... they also included counterfeit HERMES belts that I didn't order nor did I ask for. I do not use or purchase counterfeit items. BEWARE !!! If you call the supposed "brick and mortar store" it's a fake number! It connects to someone's home with noise in the background.... the items are poor quality..... it is 100% smoke and mirrors. When you request a return.... they will keep insisting that "they have already emailed you, please check your spam." They will mislead you to believe that there's a store in Boston but there isn't! shipping back to China cost $80.....
