I believe these reviews must be fake or dine by bots. The sneakers were super cheap with a shoe sole and totally uncomfortable. Returns must be returned to China and you are responsible for the cost of the rerun. This is a front store for Chinese goods that are crap

I wish I’d done more research and read reviews about Elle-charleston.com before ordering shoes from their website. But, the website seemed easy to navigate. The shipping was advertised as free. The products appeared to be of high-quality and the price seemed reasonable. I placed my order on September 30, 2026. Almost every day thereafter I received an email from the company. Some were updates on the status of my order, but I was also receiving promotions and advertisements for other items. One thing is for sure, I believed the clothing and shoes depicted in the emails looked to be of high-quality. I finally received my order on October 16, 2026. The shoes were not the size I ordered. They were size 36 and I ordered size 43. The material and craftsmanship was OK, but did not appear exactly as those depicted on the website. That day, I sent an email to Elle-charleston.com to let them know I received my order, but it was not correct. I also stated that I wasn’t seeking a refund. Rather, I wanted to exchange the shoes. Instead of getting a response to my email, the next day I received another promotion with ads for other products. After, I re-examined the shoes, I thought about the fact that it took more than two weeks for them to arrive, and that I had ordered them for an upcoming trip. So I decided I didn’t want to take a chance on going through with the exchange process. After reading reviews about customers who experienced trouble with returns and refunds, I decided to consider it a lesson learned about ordering from ANY online retailer without thoroughly researching it.

These will be a Christmas gift for my daughter but quality appears to be great 😍 Quick shipping with everyday notifications to where you order is in the process. Very happy so far!

TLDR: ordered two jackets. the description of the jacket was wrong, and the sizing was way off. took 2+ weeks to arrive. Their site says free returns but the reality is that they made me pay return shipping to and customs fees ALL THE WAY TO CHINA, which turns out to be incredibly expensive. I ordered two winter jackets. The picture showed the kind of jacket with a shell and a lining. what came was a much thinner jacket with no removable lining. During the order process I was actually able to speak to someone at the company, which reassured me so I went ahead and ordered. I had been really concerned about sizing. I am a bigger guy and I normally wear a 2XL. I asked them whether this was in line with US 2XL sizes, and they assured me it was. to be cautious, I ordered their 3XL size. Shipping took over 2 weeks. When it came, it was small by about 2-3 sizes, so there was no way to use the jackets at all. I contacted them about a return, as their site says free shipping.
