First I was disappointed when the shipping said my shoes would arrive August 26, and they didn’t arrive until September 10.. I figured I’d still keep them, but when they arrived they were cheap materials, unlike the photos, and way smaller than true size. I will be returning and don’t recommend ordering with this company.

This is incredibly cheaply made Asian fast fashion. What arrived I wouldn't let my dog wear. Unfortunately their return policy is even more ridiculous. The customer is expected to incur the shipping cost back to Asia AND pay a 15% restocking fee. It's easier to donate the crap to Goodwill and mark it up as a lesson learned.

Website was easy to use as was the coupon they offered as a first time customer. I really liked the selection of clothes and shoes, and it was easy to understand sizing. I also really like their return policy! Feels like you are supporting a local business when you buy from them.

The website has a decent mix of basic clothes and slightly smarter pieces. I found it easy to put together a few things without scrolling through loads of nearly identical items.

Do not order from them. I placed my order and it was approved, got confirmation, and they charged my card. Got an email two days later saying they were unable to ship to my address (Anchorage, AK) since it was 'rural' with no warning or pop up in the checkout process. I asked for refund, they said "since it's already processed we cannot cancel it" and asked me to give them a "friend or family's address to ship to" and would not refund for the product they would not ship me. After disputing on my credit card and going through that whole process they refunded me with no apology. They source their stuff from international factories and are extremely unprofessional in how they process it.

SCAM! SCAM! SCAM! Claim to be US company but clothes ship out of China take 2 weeks to deliver, real item is a cheap knockoff version of what they show on website, and the buyer has to send returns to China their own cost AND the return has to be fully received and processed by them within 30 days in CHINA. Yoi can keep the shitty fake item they sent you and get a 30% refund. SCAM! SCAM! SCAM!
