Price not as posted
The online purchasing process went smoothly. But that is where the good news ended. Soon after we placed and paid for the order we received a phone call saying that the price on the website wasn't updated and that their supplier had increased their price over $300. Elite was not willing to eat any of the cost and would rather lose the sale according to the spokesperson. No way to do business. If they would have split the difference, we would have considered it. Ultimately though, a company should honor its price.

Poor Service, Sketchy at best.
Quick to charge my card, take the money but never ship anything. I called in about this and was asked if they could call me back but never did. The latest call ended up with them telling me the item is not available and they needed to refund me (not to the original credit card payment method, but via paper check). I see your company has terrible reviews and I know why. Very poor service and downright sketchy.

Great Customer Service
I did an online chat to ask questions and then placed my order online. The person who chatted with me also helped me place my order. This rep was knowledgeable, helpful, really nice, and very efficient. My experience will bring me back to work with Elite Restaurant Equipment in the future. Great job!

Personal touch….in effort to explain, My experience was disappointing however…
My experience was disappointing however it was a simple mistake. I received a call from the owner with an explanation and attempting to make things right. I value companies that make an effort. My money was returned when the order was accidentally cancelled. So the company is NOT a scam. I very much appreciated the personal touch of a phone call. I wanted to remove my earlier review but it did not allow me. Good luck
