The promptness of communication will completely disappear once they receive your money
Setting up the order itself was great. Ryan was quick to respond to the questions I had before placing an order. Afterwards, even after the estimated days required for production passed, I had to email repeatedly to get an answer back. When I eventually did, I was told the packages should be dispatched the day after, and I would be sent a tracking code. No response the day after. I called their phone number, and an agent told me Ryan was in a meeting and would send me the tracking number right after. Of course he didnt. During this time, I have been receiving regular calls from UPS in order to clear a package. Since I don't have the tracking number, I can't do this. The day after, I'm continuously calling their landline, no answer.
