Contacted them for a question, forst answer came in a day Had a follow up question and never got an answer again even after trying to reach out multiple times

Bought a $30 bracelet and it unraveled within 2 weeks. I understand that these things happen my issue is with customer service. I have sent emails I have gone on to the chat on their site and I have also messaged them on Facebook and have not recieved a single response. Horrible customer service.

Beads are too small. I need to return my order.

I’ve started a return last week and I haven’t heard anything. The bracelets I ordered are too big so I need to send them back. Someone please get back with me about returning the bracelets so I can order new ones in the correct length.

Package never arrived - it has been stuck in delivery transit since Feb 23 - please give me a refund of my money

Almost impossible to track. Said it would be received within 3 days of shipping and I’m going on 10 days. Have tried to contact and gotten zero response other than the automated responses. Might be a scam, I’ll be looking to cancel and refund terrible first time experience.
