Showed up late and the product is not as expected. Will find a new place to order from

I ordered a couple packs of pods that were suppose to arrive 6 days ago and I got into contact with support and all they told me was things take time when I specifically picked 3-5 days shipping, nothing definitive was done and they can’t give me an eta on my package, BTW i still have not received my package and all they told me to do was wait double the amount of time I was suppose to wait then get into contact again

I have been sent and charged merchandise I did not order. I have requested that this stop and to date is has not been taken care of or my money refunded.

Not enough communication.

Aperrently my adress isn’t recognizable and it wouldn’t let me change it I emailed lots of times and they haven’t responded they took my 60 and dipped

Their customer service is worst than IRS or Comcast. They once sent me wrong items and I had to get it exchanged/refunded. Over month and a half and they still haven’t refunded my money or sent corrrct item. I finally took it to my CC company to dispute the charges on that order since their customer service did nothing despite me contacting them every other day for a month and a half. It took me 20 days of headache just to get a return label from them. Horribly is an understatement.
