Orders come quickly but they just sent me menthol instead of cucumber 😏

When I selected to get the shipment in 3-5 business I didn’t know it would take over a week for the order to simply process. Should really include the processing time along with shipping information

Took a while to actually SHIP my order. I emailed them and it was shipped like an hour later.

Good product at a good price, but shipping took about 8 business days when it was guaranteed at 3-5. Could’ve just been a postal issue, will buy once more but if it happens again I’ll move on to another company.

Great price but the last pack of pods I bought , 2 of the cartridges leaked and I went through a weeks worth of a pod in a day . I contacted customer service and after a few ignored responses , I was sent a return shipping label with a clause that I basically cannot return them because they have opened . No actual person spoke to me to try to resolve the issue.
