I ordered the wall display frame for the LEGO Ideas 21367 Tintin Moon Rocket (French version) but mistakenly received the English one. I emailed support on a Saturday, and JerryMa replied the next morning. He owned the error (a picking mistake at the warehouse) and offered me the choice between a $20 refund and a free replacement. I chose the replacement. They shipped a brand-new French version without asking me to return the English one, since international return shipping would have been slow and expensive. The tracking number came the next day, and the parcel has now arrived. Mistakes happen; what counts is how you handle them. Fast, clear, polite, and generous. Thank you, JerryMa! Now on to building and hanging it.
