I also want to provide some context for anyone reading this review. Like most real estate transactions, our purchase agreements include a due diligence period. During this time, we evaluate the property's condition, current market conditions, and the financial feasibility of moving forward. Unfortunately, there are situations where new information or market feedback affects our ability to proceed at the originally discussed price. Our intention is never to mislead homeowners or waste anyone's time. We aim to be transparent about our process and communicate any challenges as soon as they become apparent.
