Going with Delaney was an amazing decision. I would 100% do it again. With Delaney, I landed a job within 3 months. Everything that he told me would happen, did. I was getting on average 4 interviews with different companies per week. Elevated is incredibly supportive throughout the entire process. Jenny- my assigned coach- was perfect. She helped me craft my resume and job searching strategy and was always available to help with any hurdles along the way. I would recommend Delaney to anyone looking to get a new role quickly. Before deciding to go with Elevated, I looked into and spoke with dozens of job coaches. I can attest that from my research, no one does what Elevated does. Elevated went above and beyond my expectations. Thank you Delaney and Jenny!

Very Structured program that also provides a lot of flexibility and customization and support. Definitely get results and is worth the investment.

I joined this program as a highly qualified tech professional who, like many others, faced the frustration of being overlooked by recruiters after the wave of layoffs in 2022. From day two, the team took immediate action, jumpstarting the entire process and setting me on the right path. The resume revamp, LinkedIn optimization strategies, and Job Application System (JAS) pioneered by Delaney himself were game-changers, helping my resume reach employers who might have otherwise passed me by. This program didn’t just improve my job search; it completely transformed my candidacy. For the first time in months, recruiters began reaching out to me on LinkedIn, restoring the confidence that had been shaken by the rapid rise of AI in hiring processes. As I await feedback from two companies that have interviewed me for lucrative full-time roles, I am also onboarding for a contract position with the expectation of scaling my salary. I’m incredibly grateful to the team for creating such a powerful and effective program. I look forward to continuing to implement the insights, techniques, and strategies I’ve learned to further accelerate my career growth.

Shout out to Delaney and the Elevated Tech team! Thanks to some of the things I learned in Scale Your Salary, plus the accountability group coaching calls, I was able to secure a $120K/year salary role at a Marketing Tech startup (+$30K OTE)... and the best part is I haven't worked in a traditional job since December 2020. Wild... thank you thank you thank you

Completely changed my job hunting. This was an answer to prayer and allowed me to leverage my time as I searched for a role. The weekly coaching calls and highly knowledgeable team made this a great experience. I landed a new career and could not be happier. Highly recommended!

A lot of amazing data backed information shared in this course, highly relevant to the rapidly changing job market. I started seeing results in the first week itself. Highly recommended !
