I recently bought “God is Always With Me” unisex shorts and the Large Everyday crème tote bag and I was not only amazed by the quality of the customer service, but also of the products. I love the material and style used for each item. Although these are phenomenal things about the online store, the most incredible thing is that they are sharing the message of Gods Word in such an accessible way for the world to see! I love it :)

I ordered 2 rings, one in size 8 and the other in size 6. I received both of the rings in size 8. I have tried 2 times now to request an exchange (that is not my fault at all) and nothing. No email, no help. I paid for a size 6, not a size 8. They have awful customer service and take FOREVER to reach out. Order number is #1149184. My email is Patrickken11 at gmail. com

Like many of the reviews, I had to wait almost a month. I placed an order on 11/28/23 and got a shipment confirmation on 12/14/24 and it was delivered on 12/23/24, luckily just in time for Christmas as they were Christmas presents for my wife. I was initially going to purchase just the jacket she wanted but when I saw that they offered free shipping on orders over $75, I ended up at $90 out the door. I figured a month should have more than enough time for Christmas, but had I known, I wouldn't have made the purchase or at least just stuck with just the jacket. I don't know where their close to 64k site and product reviews come from because I can't find a link on their site to leave a review. When I try to look at the order to see if I can leave a review from there, the page just loads and loads and loads.

I have placed an order for two rings on 7 January. It has been almost 2 weeks and I have not received my items. The tracking number that I have says that my order is in transit in Wyoming… This has been the case for over 5+ days now. I have reached out to elevated faith a couple of times, and have received no response. I think that this is ridiculous that there are multiple people saying the same thing about not receiving their orders. This brand was so fast to take out $50 from my bank account but not fast enough to answer any of the emails that I have sent. It is very unfortunate and shameful. That people have to write low reviews in order for them to reach back out about these items. EDIT: After I made this review the very next day I received an email saying that my package would be delivered. I did receive my package only after making this review. I found that you may have to force a hand to get what you need which is concerning. I would still advise that this compnay get better customer service and clear shipping communication given that this shipping comes at an additional cost.
