My ADHD was my biggest frustration. Your tech support was phenomenal and I reached out twice. Both techs were respectful, polite, understanding, caring and technically-challenged user friendly with easy to understand directions without being condescending or insulting. Best of all they had a sense of humor. As for the whole application process, while at first a little daunting, was pretty straightforward and easy enough. With my first appointment, apparently there were camera and computer issues. I found this out after I waited over an hour and called the next morning. It would have been nice to receive a text or email letting me know at the time. My next appointment went smoothly. The doctor was on time and quickly approved and prescribed what I needed.
