For patient privacy and confidentiality reasons, recommendations are not emailed — they are securely available for download in your personal Elevate Holistics account, as detailed in several confirmation and follow-up emails. It also appears you purchased our optional Full-Service add-on, which helps patients complete their state application. However, since you submitted your own application, we will be refunding that portion of your fee right away.

Thank you for your feedback — we completely understand your frustration. Each state has its own rules on how early renewals can be processed, and in New Jersey, the renewal window is indeed limited to within 60 days of expiration. Cards are also valid for 2 years but a patient needs a doctor's recommendation on a yearly basis to stay in the program. We have reached out to you via email as well.
