Great experience
It was simple not hard at all. I did have to call for password got a nice lady on phone not AI person. She was kind and helped right away, was on hold long at all. When I got home I rescheduled my appointment for a quicker time frame that worked best for me. Appointment was smooth I will not use any one else for my card . Keep it easy for us older people who have a hard time working modern gagets. Thank you for your service and respect and helpfulness.
