Well honestly the dr was nice but this…
Well honestly the dr was nice but this is the second time ive had to do an appointment for my renewal and I still cant complete my renewal form until doc sends in the certification and my appointment was like 20min ago so im commenting and my service aint even done...we shall see if this doc jus forgets me too or if I can finally get my card back now that I've worked over almost 400!!! Lets hope!!!

The doctor was excellent
The doctor was excellent. Friendly and caring. The process is easy and they are professional. The only reason I didn’t Give 5 stars is bc trying to find where to log in to your account was not easy. I kept being led back to setting up an appointment, when i needed in my account To do paperwork.
