I was sent 2 downloads, both in computer script and Japanese? where do I find the ICD codes ? Everything else was great

I paid extra for them to send everything to state so I didn’t have to mess with anything 2 years in a row now I’ve had to end up doing it myself I recommend not paying the extra for them to do it

We do not refund 100 percent back if a patient is seen and approved but changes their mind or doesn't have the proper documentation for their state application. Hope this clears up any confusion! I was on the phone for 45 mins getting transferred from here to there then I had to wait for the dr to call whom was VERY rude and acted as though I was wasting her precious time until I finally finished the process. Yes it was worth it but it took way longer than it should have or needed to. The drs attitude was the worst part of it though

It was less personal than before and didn't really require a video chat over a phone call. I received my renewal without any problems although the $15 discount that came a week later would have been nice at the time. We should probably all strive to do better myself included.
