Our team did speak with you multiple times after your appointment to walk through next steps and help with the state application. It also looks like the additional call attempts came in outside of our phone support hours which can sometimes lead to a disconnect instead of voicemail depending on the carrier. It also looks like on those afterhours calls, no voicemails were left. We are unable to call back unless a voice message is left due to state laws. Getting your doctor’s recommendation and completing your state application are two separate steps and do require two different websites. Our role is to connect you with one of our licensed provider who evaluates and, when appropriate, approves you for medical cannabis use.
