We’re sorry to hear about the initial frustration, but we’re glad the experience improved once you connected with the doctor. We truly appreciate your patience! 💚

Making the appointment was easy. I did have to reschedule but that was easy as well. The doctor showed up on time and having the appointment virtual made it super convenient. The doctor was very respectful and kind when asking me about my condition for my license. The only issue I had was after the appointment it did take some time for the approval letter to get sent to the state. I had to contact customer service to get it pushed through but it was handled swiftly and efficiently.

I had an issue with my primary email. It was showing as used, but when I logged on it said I do not have access. The rep tried to help I ended up having to use a different email.

Your text messages, the font is too small to read. And I could not zoom it. Other than that you do great. Please make the font much bigger. Thank you
